Y Recreation Flag Football is a volunteer-coached program designed to teach ages 3 to 9 the basic skills of football to children of all skill levels. The focus will be on the fundamentals of football, the rules, and regulations of the game, teamwork, sportsmanship, and fair play for all. YMCA's core values will be emphasized throughout the season.

Ages 3-5 will practice prior to their game to promote cognitive learning skills.

Ages 5+ will practice for one hour during the week followed by a Saturday game day.

Teams will be split up based on practice availability, teammate/coach request, skill level, and age.

Plan to attend the Meet and Greet on 3/16/2024 at the Hilltop YMCA Gym.

Practice location will be at the Hilltop YMCA Sports Field and games will be held throughout the Virginia Beach area at partner facilities to be announced at the meet and greet.

Practice and Game schedules can be accessed through your Manage YMCA Account and will be finalized the week of the Meet & Greet.
