Parents Time Out provides safe, affordable care so parents can spend time together, rejuvenate with some me-time, or get much-needed errands done. Parents Time Out is three-hour drop-off care program. Sessions provide age-appropriate games, crafts, movies, and play.

• Parents Time Out adults must be responsive within 30 minutes of the Y should an emergency arise.
• Parents Time Out is a YMCA of South Hampton Roads exclusive member benefit. 
• Members receive a $10/credit per child each month with use of promo code MONYYYY (example: JAN2025)
• Parents Time Out is exempt from state licensing child care guidelines. No additional forms are required to participate in this care program.
