School Age Swim Stage 4 – Stroke Introduction

Intermediate – should be able to swim 1 length of the pool. 

Students learn personal water safety and achieve basic swimming competency by learning benchmark skills:

• Introduces basic stroke technique in front crawl and back crawl 
• Reinforces water safety through treading water and elementary backstroke
