Co-Ed Y Association Volleyball is a volunteer-coached program designed to teach ages 9 to 18 the basic skills of volleyball to children of all skill levels. The focus will be on the fundamentals of volleyball, the rules and regulations of the game, teamwork, sportsmanship, and fair play for all. YMCA's core values will be emphasized throughout the season.
***Ages 9 to 18 will practice for one hour during the week at their local YMCA followed by a Saturday game day which may be at other YMCA locations.
Teams will be split up based on practice availability, teammate/coach request, skill level, and age.
Plan to attend the Meet and Greet on 11/2/2024 at the Taylor Bend Family YMCA gym.
The practice and game location will be the Portsmouth YMCA gym, Taylor Bend Family YMCA gym, or other area partner locations.
Practice and Game schedules can be accessed through your Manage YMCA Account and will be finalized the week of the Meet & Greet.
