Join us at YMCA Camp Silver Beach for the 3rd Annual Tidal Waves Swim Retreat. Fee includes lodging at camp (bring sheets/blankets/sleeping bags), meals from Monday dinner to Friday breakfast, twice a day pool workouts, and activities such as paddleboarding, high ropes, and ziplining! We'll have 2024–2025 season goals and long-term goal setting sessions, teambuilding activities, and classroom workbook time.
Registration does not include transportation to Camp Silver Beach.
Swimmers attending the retreat should be able to swim a 100 Freestyle with flip turns and streamlines off the wall, a 50 Backstroke with flip turns and streamlines, a 25 Breaststroke, and 25 Butterfly.
