Y Recreation Cheerleading is a volunteer-coached program supported by Y staff designed for ages 3 to 18 to teach the basic skills of Cheerleading to children of all skill levels. The focus will be on the fundamentals of cheerleading, tumbling, stunting, teamwork, and sportsmanship. YMCA's core values will be emphasized throughout the season.

Games may be played at various other YMCA locations depending upon number of registrations.

All ages will practice for one hour during the week followed by a Saturday game day. Teams will be split up based on age, practice availability, teammate/coach request and skill level.

Plan to attend the Meet and Greet on 1/11/2025 at the Blocker Norfolk Family YMCA gym.

Practice and Game location will be at the Blocker Norfolk Family YMCA gym.

Practice and Game schedules can be accessed through your Manage YMCA Account and will be finalized the week of the Meet & Greet.
