School Age Swim Stage 6 – Stroke Mechanics

Intermediate able to swim 1 length of the pool and advanced able to swim 1–2 lengths of the pool.

Students learn personal water safety and achieve basic swimming competency by learning benchmark skills:

• Refines stroke technique on all major competitive strokes
• Encourages swimming as part of a healthy lifestyle
