School Age Swim Stage 1 – Water Acclimation

Beginner – non-swimmer, swims with assistance

Students learn personal water safety and achieve basic swimming competency by learning two benchmark skills:

  • Increases comfort with underwater exploration
  • Introduces basic self-rescue skills performed with assistance. Students learn personal water safety and achieve basic swimming competencies.
