Private swim lessons provide individualized, one-on-one instruction with a certified swim instructor. Each lesson is 30 minutes.
Ongoing private swim lessons operate on a recurring monthly basis, with fees automatically drafted on the 1st of each month. If you enroll after the 1st, your fees will be prorated for the remaining month.
Swim classes will be on pause at most locations from April 13-19, 2025. However, the Albemarle and Currituck Family YMCA will have no classes from April 19-25, 2025, and the South Boston/Halifax County YMCA will not have classes from April 7-11, 2025.
