Y Basketball is a volunteer-coached program, designed to teach the basic skills of basketball to people who have never played the game and improve the skills of those who have. The focus will be on ball control, shooting techniques, offensive and defensive tactics, rules and regulations of the game, teamwork, sportsmanship, and fair play for all. YMCA's core values will be emphasized throughout the season.

Ages 3 to 5 will spend the first 30 minutes of their Saturday session practicing skills, followed by a game during the final 30 minutes of their one-hour time slot.

Practice and Game schedules can be accessed through your YMCA Account and will be finalized the week of the Meet & Greet.
