Children will be climbing, jumping, and balancing while playing games and going through obstacles with their grown-ups in this 45-minute class. Fundamental skills, such as rolls and handstands, will be introduced while teaching grown-ups how to properly spot and assist their child. This class is a great way to introduce children to the structure of group activities, sharing, listening to simple instructions, and practicing new skills alongside their grown-up.
