Taught by trained and qualified staff, Homeschool Physical Education classes focus on education and exercise. The education component of the curriculum covers the most recent research on nutrition, health and the benefits of exercise. The exercise component incorporates stretching, aerobics, physical activities in the gym and the occasional aquatic exercise activities.
