Description

Y Soccer is a volunteer-coached program, designed to teach the basic skills of soccer to children who have never played the game and improve the skills of those who have. Focus will be on ball control, rules and regulations of the game, teamwork, sportsmanship, and fair play for all. YMCA core values will be emphasized throughout the season.

Ages 3 to 5 will spend the first 30 minutes of their Saturday session practicing skills, followed by a game during the final 30 minutes of their one-hour time slot.

Practice and Game schedules can be accessed through your YMCA Account and will be finalized the week of the Meet & Greet.

Requirements

Closed-toed shoes, shin guards under long socks, and YMCA purchased t-shirts are required.

YMCA sports t-shirts are required for participation. This purchase includes two shirts. One shirt is the home team, the other is the visitor team. If you already have a YMCA jersey or t-shirts you are not required to purchase new ones.
