Y Flag Football is a volunteer coached program, designed to teach the basic skills of football to children who have never played the game and improve the skills of those who have. Focus will be on throwing, catching, running routes, rules and regulations of the game, team work, sportsmanship and fair play for all. YMCA core values will be emphasized throughout the season.

Ages 3 to 5 will spend the first 30 minutes of their Saturday session practicing skills, followed by a game during the final 30 minutes of their one-hour time slot.

Practice and Game schedules can be accessed through your YMCA Account and will be finalized the week of the Meet & Greet.
