Parents Time Out provides safe, affordable care so parents can spend time together, rejuvenate with some me-time, or get much-needed errands done. Parents Time Out is 3-hour drop-in care for children ages 6 weeks to 2 years old. Sessions provide age-appropriate games, crafts, movies, and play. Parents Time Out adults must be responsive within 30 minutes of the Y should an emergency arise. Parents Time Out is available for members of the YMCA of South Hampton Roads only and is $10 per session per child. Included with a YMCA membership is one free visit per month per child using a promotional discount code during registration. Discount codes should be used for the month and year of the session you're registering for, for example, MMMYYYY (all months are the first three letters) and the year of the session. EX: JAN2024 (no spaces or slashes). Promo codes are valid for single-use only, one per child per month. Parents Time Out registrations can be canceled up to 24 hours in advance of the session time to receive a refund, otherwise, discount code usage and payment are forfeited.
