This class is meant for older dancers, who either have already taken ballet or jazz, or those who are interested in something other than classic training. It is recommended that they have some sort of basic knowledge of basic ballet skills. We will focus on learning how contemporary and lyrical dance allows you to be more expressive as well as working on full body flexibility, and theatrical dance expression.
