YMCA Ultimate Frisbee is designed to teach the basic skills of ultimate frisbee to children who have never played the game and improve the skills of those who have. The focus will be on learning the different types of throws, catching, team strategy, rules and regulations of the game, teamwork, sportsmanship, and fair play for all. Players will be divided into teams that have one-weekday practice and games on Saturday mornings. YMCA's core values of Caring, Honesty, Respect, and Responsibility will be emphasized throughout the season.

Ages 3-5 will practice prior to their game to promote cognitive learning skills.

Ages 5+ will practice for one hour during the week followed by a Saturday game day. Teams will be split up based on practice availability, teammate/coach request, skill level, and age.

Plan to attend the Meet and Greet on 3/18/2023.

Practices and Game location will be at the YMCA of South Boston & Halifax County.

Practice and Game schedules will be sent the week of the Meet and Greet.
