Description

Beginner Swimmer - stroke instructional with the intention to compete

Blue Group swimmers are those who are just coming out of our Aquatics Conditioning or beginner swimmers 8 to 18 years old. There is an emphasis on stroke technique, turns, starts, and fun.

-Swimmers have shown the ability to swim all four competitive strokes.
-This begins to introduce swimmers to the world of competitive swimming by building endurance through basic sets.
-Swimmers will progress to more advanced DEVELOPMENTAL levels designed for swimmers who are pursuing age-group competition and the focus will be on building more endurance and learning race skills.

For parents interested in Blue Group for their children, please contact the Outer Banks Aquatics staff for the latest information and availability or sign up online.
