Nutrition coaching sessions will teach clients about the basic principles of nutrition science. This includes lessons on optimal macronutrient and micronutrient intake, appropriate portion sizes, food group classifications, and how to read food packaging labels. These sessions are virtual and must be scheduled directly with our Lifestyles Coach. A link will be emailed to participants to access the consultation.
Nutrition coaching sessions must be registered for individually. Participants must have access to video chat platforms.
