Preschool Swim Stages 1&2 - Water Acclimation & Water Movement

Beginner - non-swimmer, swims with assistance

Introduces preschoolers ages 3 to 5 to the aquatic environment introducing benchmark skills:

- Increases comfort with underwater exploration and introduces basic self-rescue skills performed with assistance. Students learn personal water safety and achieve basic swimming competencies.
- Encourages forward movement in the water and basic self-rescue skills performed independently.
